Tabitha attended East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon and graduated in 2020. With a background in Personal Injury/MVA massage, Tabitha strives to create a session that encourages clients to remain present and aware in their bodies. Through Active Engagement Techniques, Myofacial Release and Trigger Point Therapy, Tabitha enjoys helping clients reconnect to and process what their bodies are signaling to them.
A typical session could include joint movement and muscle manipulation, some 'search and destroy' to address knots and trigger points, as well as relaxing Swedish and Connective Tissue techniques.
