I believe the body heals best when it feels safe.
Every session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and create the conditions where healing can happen naturally.
Sometimes the most profound healing begins when your body finally feels safe enough to soften and settle.
For more than 27 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people reconnect with their bodies through thoughtful, individualized massage therapy.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand that healing isn’t just about muscles. It’s about the whole person—the nervous system, movement patterns, stress, life experiences, and the unique story each body holds. That understanding shapes every session I offer.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy, living with persistent pain, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my approach is always the same: to meet you where you are and create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Growing up in the wild beauty of Big Sur, California, I developed an early appreciation for nature, stillness, and the healing power of touch. That path led me to open my first massage practice there and later work in luxury spa, chiropractic, private practice, and birth support settings. Each experience deepened both my clinical skills and my appreciation for supporting people through life’s transitions.
My continuing education in prenatal massage, the neuroscience of chronic pain and approaches that explore the connection between our bodies, emotions, and lived experiences continues to shape the way I practice today.
I’ve found that healing often follows when we create the conditions for your body to soften, settle, and do what it already knows how to do. If you’re curious about the approaches that have shaped my work, you’ll find links below.
My hope is that you leave each session feeling more at ease, more connected to yourself, and with a deeper sense of trust in your body’s capacity to heal.
