Caroline Davis

In 2012, Caroline graduated from the Asheville School of Massage + Yoga in North Carolina and moved to Oregon. Her massage style is a blend of techniques, focused on providing physical relief, deep relaxation, and energetic wellness. She also offers Ashiatsu, where broad pressure is applied using the foot/heel and body weight, allowing gravity to assist in delivering an effective deep tissue massage. This modality is great for clients who love deep work - or for those who need it, but are sensitive to direct pressure.

Caroline’s massage therapy techniques include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu, Cupping, Prenatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Passive and Active Stretching, Myofascial Release, Esalen Style, Hot Stone, and Gua Sha.

Caroline accepts self-pay clients and motor vehicle accident patients only- no medical insurance at this time.

"Give your body the love it deserves!"

Ashley, Massage Therapist

Ashley graduated from Lane Community in Eugene, Oregon in June 2021. After massage helped her through a time when she was in pain, Ashley became a massage therapist to bring that relief to others. Our bodies are with us our whole lives. They change and grow and help carry us through this world. We are the only ones who are responsible for taking care of, and for showing our bodies gratitude. Each body is different. It has its own pattern of movement, ways it carries stress, and trauma. Ashley approaches each body with love, respect, and curiosity. She takes her time and goes in deep when necessary, but always with the ultimate goal of assisting your body in its healing journey. In addition to massage therapy, Ashley is a Sacred Flame Karuna Reiki Master.

Ashley's massage therapy techniques include: Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage, and Cupping.
