Each body is different. It has its own pattern of movement, ways it carries stress, and trauma. Ashley approaches each body with love, respect, and curiosity. She takes her time and goes in deep when necessary, but always with the ultimate goal of assisting your body in its healing journey.

In addition to massage therapy, Ashley is a Sacred Flame Karuna Reiki Master.
