"Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is relax."
-Mark Black

Born and raised in the wild beauty of Big Sur, California, Leah’s passion for healing through touch began early.
She trained at the Monterey Institute of Touch in 1991, and since then, her journey has been guided by a deep desire to help others find relief, comfort, and renewal through bodywork. Leah opened her first massage
practice, Surenity, in the heart of Big Sur in 1999, creating a sanctuary for those seeking balance and peace.
Her work at the prestigious Post Ranch Inn Spa allowed her to offer transformative experiences, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. From there, her path took her to collaborate with chiropractor Dr. Richard Kehoe
in 2010, deepening her understanding of the body’s mechanics and pain reduction.
Now rooted in Hillsboro, Leah specializes in pain reduction, prenatal massage, and compassionate care
for the elderly and disabled. Her practice is a reflection of her heart — a safe, warm space where each
client is seen and supported. Leah believes that through mindful touch, healing happens
not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
In 2013, Leah’s journey as a healer expanded when she became a certified birth doula at Bastyr University. With this training, she discovered her passion for prenatal massage, empowering expectant mothers with care and comfort during one of the most profound moments in their lives. Her hands bring relief, her presence brings calm, and her passion is to walk with her clients on their journey to well-being.
Leah's massage techniques include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Prenatal

Caroline Davis
Licensed Massage Therapist,
OBMT # 22777
“Working with the body’s many layers and systems, I aim to restore balance, energy and alignment"
A child of massage and chiropractic enthusiasts, she grew up experiencing self-care as a normal part of life and wellness. A deep dive into yoga eventually led back to massage. In 2012, Caroline graduated from Asheville School of Massage + Yoga in North Carolina. After moving to OR, she has worked at top massage destinations in Portland and trained with some of the best teachers the industry has to offer. Her style is described as slow, technical, and deep.
Caroline also specializes in Ashiatsu, where broad pressure is applied using the foot/heel and body weight, using overhead bars for support and client safety. Allowing gravity to assist, deep bodywork is delivered in a style that feels "less pointy" than traditional deep tissue can to some clients.
Caroline’s massage therapy techniques include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu, Cupping, Prenatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Medical and Prenatal.

"My goal is to support long-term care and comfort."

Young or old, tall or short, large or small, all human beings share the same birthright — a nearly limitless capacity for movement. Regardless of your profession or daily activity, movement is part of your legacy, whether that means exercising, working at a desk, caring for family, or simply moving through daily life with comfort and ease.
As we age and life demands more of our time away from our ancestral habits, our bodies begin to develop patterns of tension and compensation that can lead to discomfort, pain, and injury. If left unchecked, these patterns can permeate all aspects of our lives, affecting not just performance, but how we sit, stand, sleep, and function day to day. I believe we all have the ability to restore access to more comfortable, pain-free movement — from standing out of a seated position to more demanding physical activity — through thoughtful, intentional care.
My approach blends therapeutic manual therapy with movement-based techniques, including Functional Range Release, to help address restriction, tension, and mobility limitations. Sessions are always individualized and may incorporate both relaxing and more targeted therapeutic work depending on your needs, goals, and comfort level. My focus is not just short-term relief, but helping clients improve how their bodies feel and function over time in a way that supports real life, not just the treatment room.
As an aging athlete in my late 40’s, I’ve spent most of my adult life deeply interested in fitness, mobility, performance, and ease of movement. As a former CrossFit coach and now a Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring together my background in movement with a grounded, client-centered therapeutic approach. Whether you are dealing with chronic tension, recovering from pain or injury, or simply looking to move and feel better in your body, my goal is to provide professional, attentive care that supports long-term comfort, resilience, and sustainable movement.

Hi, I'm Kelly Goodsell – Licensed Massage Therapist for over 14 years.

Just like life’s journey takes us down many paths, healing does too. Our brains have the remarkable ability to change and adapt, making healing and growth possible at any stage—especially when we have the right tools. I’ve discovered many of these tools through my own path of learning, growing, and healing, and I’m here to help you explore what healing looks like for you.
My massage therapy approach is detailed, results-driven, and focused on each individual person. My work is heart-led and deeply personal. I offer a safe and nurturing space to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself. When you walk through my doors, I want you to feel seen, supported, and cared for—and when you leave, I hope you feel lighter, stronger, and more at home in your body.

Whether you're dealing with injury, burnout, chronic stress, or simply need a moment to breathe and realign, I’m here to listen, support, and guide you.
